Voters in Nuneaton will select the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate in an open primary this coming Friday, 9th March.
That any registered voters in Nuneaton who want to take part are able to do so shows the confidence of the Conservative Party in both its renewed popular appeal and the quality of all the possible candidates. Nuneaton Conservatives have selected four candidates for the Open Primary. They are Samantha George, Julie Girling, Kulveer Ranger and Simon Rouse.
Yesterday I was out on the streets of a busy Nuneaton town centre encouraging people to come on Friday to select their Conservative candidate. Joining me was one of the candidates, Kulveer Ranger, and Shadow Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, Alan Duncan MP.
The open primary takes place at St Thomas More School and Technology College in Nuneaton. Anyone wishing to attend should register by e-mail with Sandra Gillett on sandragillett@westmidsconservatives.com
